## Returns

We accept returns within 90 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.

To start a return, please contact us at buddykay03@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags when applicable
- Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Items returned without prior approval

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

## Exchanges

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at buddykay03@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
